Our Aim

To foster mutual assistance and collaboration among serving and non-serving female educationalists and social researchers, in partnership with male gender-activists in developing national capabilities to accelerate the participation of girls and women at all levels of the education system in Zambia. FAWEZA’ vision is a Zambia where females and males have equitable access to education opportunities and resources and gender disparities eliminated at all levels of education, enabling women to participate in national development.
